coffee goes a long way. Grown in the equatorial belt, coffee beans are harvested, cleaned, sorted, dried and finally shipped to countries around the world. So, having reached Latvia, clean, homogeneous grains arrive at our plant in the city of Jelgava. Here they are fried, re-cleaned and packaged.

This is the smallest roaster in our production. However, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of this baby. By roasting just 100 grams of green coffee, it allows you to compare the taste qualities of previous batches and the resulting coffee, as well as create an approximate roasting profile of a production sample.
